As a dedicated nurse serving medically-fragile elementary students, Rachael brings compassion, skill, and unwavering advocacy to our schools every single day. She supports students and families with empathy and heart, always standing up for those who may not have a voice. Her strength, resilience, and nurturing spirit make a lasting impact, both in the classroom and beyond.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of celebrating and recognizing three exceptional ladies. Teacher of the Year: Liz Waldron, Rookie Teacher of the Year: Tamatha Carpentier, and Support Employee of the Year: Rachael Silas. Each of them is a true example of the finest educators and advocates. We are so proud of you and thankful for the opportunity to share your greatness with the entire community. 🦅💙
